Fenimore Farm

Admission tickets to Fenimore Farm and Country Village are good for the entire day. The museum opens at 10:00am.

Enjoy a full pancake breakfast 8:30am - 1:00pm and a visit to the Historic Village 9:00am-2:00pm.

Learn about the Native American Snow Snake game while finishing your own snow snake to take home. Participants receive a free ticket for Sugaring Off Event so they can practice throwing their snake on the museum's course after enjoying a full pancake breakfast. Participants must be 10 or older. Anyone under 18 must be registered with paid adult (21+).

This is an introductory class geared toward people who are interested in beginning to learn about the art of blacksmithing. (Ages 14 and older)

Spend the day in Lippitt Farmstead learning how to bake traditional breads and cakes in the brick bake oven and hearth. (Ages 14 and older)

Learn the basics of forge welding at a coal forge in our historic blacksmith shop. For beginners and intermediates. Recommended for 14+. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult 21+.

Learn how to transform broomcorn, thread. a needle made by our blacksmiths, and a handle into a cobweb broom you can take home.

Baskets and Berries! Learn the basic construction of basket making by creating your own berry basket in this two hour workshop. Recommended for ages 14 and up. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a paid adult (21+).
